Ingredients:
150 gm chestnut mushroom (sliced)
2 medium carrots (peeled and sliced)
1 stalk celery (sliced)
half of a small heart cabbage (sliced)
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tbsp groundnut oil
some hot boiling water
salt and pepper
Serve 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan on high heat. Add the garlic and then add the carrots. Stir then add a dash of hot boiling water. Cook for a couple of minutes then add the celery. Stir in the mushrooms and lastly the cabbage. Season well and taste.
I had it served with quinoa and tuna in soy sauce.
