This time I’ll let the pics do the talking

The ingredients:

1 bowl of cooked quinoa

1 heart of gem lettuce

2 tomatoes

half a red onion

Chop the vegetables and add to the quinoa then add flaked smoked mackerel

2 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 4 tsp olive oil

3 thai birds eye chillies finely chopped

Add 2 tsp of lemon juice to the chillies, oils and sauces and mix well

The finished salad mixed with the dressing. Enjoy!
