I am neither a professional cook nor a trained chef. I am not trying to teach anybody anything. I am just a regular homebody who is a amateur cook trying to feed myself and my husband. Only because I am always losing recipes, this blog is all about recording the recipes of dishes I’ve cooked in my kitchen in my effort to eat healthily. These recipes may have been copied/tweaked from recipe books/TV programs/internet, handed down by the older generation of my family or passed on to me by friends or family.
